According to the inside front cover this is Edward Easy’s Description of the Public Buildings of London. Eight buildings are described with a half page illustratation for each, including The Houses of Parliament, The Royal Exchange. The rear cover has examples of Dean & Co’s publications.
Only copies I can find are in the Oxford University and V&A libraries.
