12mo., (140x110mm.), coloured pictorial paper covers, slightly creased and soiled, scuffed on rear, sewn with green cord, pp40, each opening has a hand coloured illustration opposite hand written (printed) text inscription on inside front cover reads ‘Florence Finch from Auntie Connie Christmas 1903’, last page has a juvenile pencil drawing copying the style of the illustrations.
Internally slightly grubby, but a good copy.
Designed in England, Printed in Bavaria.
Both the text and illustrations of this little book could not be more charming.
